What pleases us most are the collectors and families who come back with the next book, and the books kept and read for years. That is the sign that craft and care are worth something.
We love repair and restoration most of all. When someone brings in a family bible or a favourite book to bring back to life, sewn sound and rebound, that is the best work there is.
We are a small bindery, where books are still sewn, bound and mended by hand. To us a book is more than pages: bound and cared for, it is read and kept and handed on for generations. That is what our work is about.
